Whilst we do not have digital devices at Preschool for the children to use, we have been talking to the children about how to keep themselves safe online with screentime now being such a big part of their lives. Using our pretend device, we discussed with the children the importance of asking an adult to use a device, telling an adult if you see or hear something that makes you sad or worried and how it’s important to share games and videos with you parents and families so they can see what you are playing.
